Sheepdog Arms, LLC is a state and federally licensed firearms dealer. We are where your journey through firearms excellence begins We are your dedicated New York State firearms and ammunition dealer. Your safety and satisfaction are our top priorities. Please note that all firearm and ammunition purchases will require a background check to ensure responsible ownership and to comply with the law enacted on September 4, 2022.

Firearms transfers are $10 + $9 NY NCIS background check
Ammunition transfers are $10 + $2.50 NY NCIS background check
Purchases made direct from us are exempt from the transfer fee. Guns not picked up within 2-weeks of delivery will be returned at the customer’s expense.
Make sure to call or email us before ordering from a 3rd party and having product shipped to us. We are not responsible for restocking fees for products shipped to us without prior authorization and returned to 3rd parties. All transfers must follow state and federal regulations..
For those interested in acquiring semi-automatic firearms or handguns, it is necessary to possess either a concealed carry permit or a semi-automatic rifle license in accordance with state regulations. All special orders will require a 50% deposit, with payment due upon receipt.

Please make sure to call or emailing us before ordering online and having product shipped to us. All transfers must follow state and federal regulations. The State of New York will determine whether you can buy a weapons, along with what weapons you can legally own.
Returns and Cancellations:
Items unopened and unused will be considered for return, or exchange. Items must be in their original packaging, with instruction manual, registration, and other documentation.
Returns will not be considered for:
Special orders
Used items
Items sold as is
Any firearms once transferred
Any other item that is damaged, used, or cannot be re-sold
We reserve the right to deny sales to out of state individuals, or those we deem to have an increased risk.
